Over 26 million tourists visit London every year. And if you wonder why, you should know that there are lots of exciting things to see and do there: from visiting a museum or a historical site to going shopping in one of London's busy street markets or going to a concert or the theatre. No matter what your taste is, you can be sure you will find something suitable for you.
Sonia, Fran, Marcos, Cristina, Clara, Ruth, Belén, Rafa, and Aythami want to go to London in July, from the 8th to the 12th. Can you help them plan their trip?
tasks
- Make groups of three or four.
- Choose a character.
- Book the plane tickets and the accomodation.
- Considering your character's likes and dislikes, and budget, decide what he/she is going to do every day and book any necessary tickets (museums, atractions, concerts, boat trips ...).
- Whenever you make a reservation, take a snapshot or picture of your computer screen and paste it in a word document to prove you have booked the tickets and hotel room. To do so, press the Print Screen key, and then open Word and press Ctrl + v to paste it.
- Present your trip to the class (presentation tips).
